Pre-Order Policy

How Pre-Orders Work

Some Shop Machado items are sold by pre-order. This helps us offer limited academy gear without over-ordering sizes or styles.

Pre-order window

Pre-orders are open for a limited window, usually about one week. During that time, customers can choose their size, color, and item before the order is sent to the manufacturer.

After the window closes

Once the pre-order window closes, we place the full order with the manufacturer.

Estimated timing

Most manufacturer orders take about two weeks after we place the order. Timing can vary depending on the item, supplier, production schedule, and shipping to us.

When items arrive

When your item arrives, we check and sort the order. We will contact you when your item is ready to ship or ready for pickup.

If there is a delay

If a manufacturer delay happens, we will update customers as soon as we have new information.
